For 2026, I couldn’t land on one word. This year feels more about a feeling… an energy I want to embody. So I chose a guide 🦅 The eagle reminds me to trust my direction, find lift when needed, and glide when the path is clear.

We’re dancing our way toward the end of the year, which means it’s almost time for our little festive pause.
Our final class for 2025 will be Monday 15 December, with a sweet little Christmas celebration to wrap up a gorgeous year together. 🌿💖

After that, the studio takes a well-earned breather.

We’ll have a soft re-open on Monday 12 January, and our new Beginners Course kicks off Thursday 8 February — perfect timing to start the year with something joyful, grounding, and just for you.

We came together across Cairns, Babinda, NZ & Myrtleford in Nina Martinez’s Advanced Master Class — weaving Global Caravan Tribal Bellydance with Temple Technique flair. With little rehearsal, it was raw, thrilling, and full of magic. 💖

As a dancer myself, I’ve learned that every step forward (and sideways 😉) is an act of self-love and acceptance. Together, we’re growing—not just in dance, but in life. 💜✨

I loved the traditional feel of this music, it led me to a few classic GC moves and formations (love, love, love Moroccan Box) and it inspired me to create a new move, full of hip attitude. 💃🏽

A heartfelt thank you to all the Tribal Zest dancers who poured their heart and soul into preparing for this local performance — it’s always an honour to dance alongside you.
